Ear, nose and throat surgeons specialize in treating the ear the nose
and the throat. They do things like:

and neck surgery

Thyroid
and parathyroid surgery

disorders
·
Nasal
and sinus disease, also nasal allergies

Otology
And neurotology.

Educational Requirements:
You must complete about 15 years of education
and training including a 4 year graduate program. You must also have at least 5
years of training and a 2 year residency program. You will have to go through
peer evaluations and pass oral and written examinations that is given by the
American Board of Otolaryngology.
