Reflection: It’s always the trends or whatever the
popular people say is cool that we do. Sometimes the “cool” things are the ones
that are really bad. Like right now doing drugs might be “cool” and popular to
some people but that doesn’t mean we should do them. People might make fun of
us for not doing the “cool” things but it’s not like those people are going to
be there for us when we are on our death beds right. It’s a test of moral character
because it says who you are. It says if you’re a follower or not, it says if
you’re a good listener or not. Just because something is cool doesn’t mean we
HAVE to do it. Its never an easy thing to do to say no to the popular things
because then we feel left out or we feel like we aren’t good enough to hang out
with those people but it doesn’t matter. Choosing the right thing you do will
always be hard but it’s the best thing you can do in your life.
